Sexual Harassment Prevention Training for all California employees, supervisors, and managers

California law requires all employers with five or more employees to provide Sexual Harassment Prevention Training to their employees every two years. Supervisors and managers are required to participate in two hours of training, while employees are required to participate in one hour of training.
