Laura Withrow

Prior to attending law school, Laura Withrow worked for the Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce where she obtained a first-hand look at the challenges facing business owners. Inspired to make a difference, Laura attended law school with the goal of working with business owners and managers to help them overcome the challenges of operating a business in California.

Laura has been one of the top-rated employment law attorneys in California for the past several years and has been recognized as a Super Lawyer since 2018. Genna Nolan

Genna Nolan oversees Withrow Employment Law, P.C.’s day-to-day operations. She ensures that all the behind-the-scenes tasks are handled promptly and with exceptional attention to detail. Genna also communicates with clients, coordinates with the courts, prepares exposure analyses, and reviews and analyzes personnel, payroll, and other file documents. She excels at taking complicated issues, breaking them down into manageable parts, and aligning all the pieces into a cohesive and efficient workflow.

Genna graduated Cum Laude from California State University, Northridge, and completed her Paralegal Studies program at Oxnard Community College in 2023. In her free time, she enjoys painting canvases and ceramics and spending time with family.
